Chocolate and zucchinis cake (without butter)
Time of cooking: 15min/baking: 25min/Total: 45min
Ingredients for a chocolate cake for 8 persons:
200g of dark cooking chocolate
100g of powder sugar
1 small zucchini (200g if peeled)
70g of flour
½ sachet of baking powder
Preheat the oven at thermostat 6.
Make the chocolate melt using a bain-marie or microwave.
In a container, beat together the sugar and the eggs.
Clean and peel the zucchini, then grate it in thin pieces. Add it in the container.
Put the melted chocolat in the preparation, then add the flour, the bakering powder and the salt. Then pour the preparation in a baking tin.
Put it in the oven during 25 minutes.
